James R. Pearson

PT, DPT

Jimmy Pearson attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish. He then attended East Carolina University and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree with his graduate research focusing on the different mechanisms that influence postural control. He moved to Asheville after graduation in June 2010 to begin practice as a Physical Therapist at Blue Ridge Bone and Joint. His interests outside of work include tennis, soccer, running and hiking.
