Dr. David Napoli, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and specialist in hand and upper extremity surgery, attended the 14th annual Hand Surgery Symposium -- Strategies for Success in Hand and Upper Extremity Care, from March 2-5 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, allowing him to stay abreast of the latest advances in surgery of the hand and upper extremity.  Dr. Napoli practices at Blue Ridge Bone and Joint in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Dr. Gordon I. Groh, a board-certified specialist in shoulder, elbow and hand surgery at Blue Ridge Bone & Joint, recently served as the course chairman for an instructional series on reverse shoulder replacement at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the preeminent provider of musculoskeletal instruction for orthopaedic surgeons and others in the world. Dr. Groh also presented a scientific paper detailing his experience with inferior shoulder dislocation and served as an official evaluator for the meeting.
