Dr. Stephen M. David is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. He received his medical degree with honors from the University of Toronto. He completed his orthopaedic surgery training, was chief resident and a research fellow at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. He completed his fellowship in Spine Surgery at the University of Wisconsin. He specializes in Spine Surgery and Disorders of the Spine.
