Vincent P. Novak, M.D.
Dr. Vincent P. Novak graduated from the University of Maryland as a mechanical engineer, and received a masters degree in biomechanical engineering through research performed at Johns Hopkins University. After working for several years as a bioengineer, he received his medical degree from the University of Maryland. He completed his surgical internship and orthopedic residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. He went on to complete a fellowship in hand, shoulder and elbow surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He specializes in Hand and Microvascular, Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
Dr. Novak, his wife and three children reside in Asheville where they enjoy many recreational and Church related activities. He joined Blue Ridge Bone & Joint in 2006.
