Troy G. Schmidt, M.D.

Dr. Troy G. Schmidt completed his undergraduate studies in Finance and Marketing at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. He received his medical degree and completed his internship and residency in Orthopaedic surgery at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He then continued his training at Harvard Medical School with a one year fellowship in hip and knee replacement surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Dr Schmidt specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery including partial joint replacements, joint resurfacing as well as complex revisions of failed implants in addition to general orthopaedic surgery and fracture care.

In his free time Dr. Schmidt enjoys restoring vintage British automobiles, mountain biking and horseback riding.
