acl injury prevention

Our injury prevention program is based on the latest research and is designed to help you deal with any situation that may put you at risk for sustaining a serious injury-including the dreaded, season-ending ACL tear. Training will focus on improving your ability to decelerate and stabilize the hip, knee, and ankle in all three planes of motion.

Participation in our program will not only help to safeguard you against injury but will also improve your power, quickness, and ability to change direction. This program lasts for 5 weeks and meets two days per week. We can only accommodate a small number of athletes at any given time so be sure to sign up early if you are interested.
