work conditioning/work hardening
Patients are placed into Work Conditioning to ensure a smooth transition from therapy to the workplace. Work Conditioning/Work Hardening enables patients to safely return to work after being out of work due to illness or injury. Patients are assisted to gain strength and confidence in their ability to return to the workplace by accurate simulation of the functions needed to perform their job.
functional capacity evaluation
A Functional Capacity Evaluation is performed to enable a physician to have objective information to set work restrictions, approve modified duty and/or provide a impairment rating. This evaluation is usually performed when the patient has reached the maximum medical improvement and is ready to be discharged from the physician's care.

Our staff are committed to aid the injured worker to return to his full potential and move back into the workplace. We are always happy to provide assistance in returning a patient to productive work.

On-Site Job Analysis is offered to industry to assist them in evaluating essential functions and skills necessary to perform a job.

hand therapy/splinting
Suzanne Doddridge, ORT/L, CHT and Catherine Bracks, ORT/L, CHT are able to provide specialized therapy to the hand and arm. Custom static and dynamic splinting is provided per physician order. Ms Doddridge and Ms Bracks have experience in all hand diagnoses including traumatic injuries.
