individual training
Our staff of strength and conditioning experts, physical therapists, and athletic trainers will provide you with the tools that you need to perform at your highest level! We will evaluate qualities that affect your performance such as postural alignment, strength, flexibility, and gait/ running biomechanics. In addition, tests for power, speed, and agility will be performed that are specific to your sport whether it is baseball, basketball, field hockey, football, ice hockey, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, or tennis. For endurance athletes (such as runners or cyclists) measures of aerobic capacity or VO 2 max can also be performed. Our equipment is state-of-the-art which includes electronic timing and computerized video analysis for biomechanical assessment.
Your training program will be specifically designed to address your weaknesses and to make you a better athlete. You can train with us on a regular basis; or if you prefer, we can design a program for you with periodic follow up sessions We are committed to help you reach your training goals and to achieve success in your sport!
team training
We also offer performance enhancement training for entire sport teams. These sessions are custom designed to meet the needs of your team and to address the particular demands of your sport. Team training sessions provide a fun, competitive environment while we work on skills such as speed, agility, quickness, and core strengthening. We provide equipment such as resisted running belts, agility ladders, hurdles, plyometric boxes, and medicine balls to be used during our practice sessions. Past participants have found these sessions to be extremely valuable for improving performance as well as strengthening relationships among team members.
